PacificLine Custom designers will work with you to develop your concept design into a Virtual Image for approval before moving to production. Each partner has been audited by our quality control team and goes through a quality auditing process. This ensures the lowest possible cost and the highest quality product. Our team includes tooling designers and engineers specializing in all types of tooling. We manufacture in-house or source individual components when necessary.
Quality Control:
The PacificLine Customs local China team is on site through the entire manufacturing process, overseeing strict quality control of production, inspections,and shipments. When necessary, members from the U.S. team will commute to China with notes directly from the client to ensure the integrity of the product.
Delivery:
PacificLine Customs makes delivery simple--whether FOB China, at US port,or delivery directly to the client. We handle all local transportation and documentation and work with our strategic partner carriers to ensure reliable movement through the transportation process. Once your shipment arrives at U.S. customs, it is quickly moved to transport with the pre-authorized clearance and en route to your destination.
