CPSC Says Most Pens Not Likely Considered Children's Products |

"The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said in a statement Monday (June 8) that the vast majority of pens are not likely to be considered children's products and would not be subject to related safety requirements under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requirements." CPSIA testing is not required for most general use pens. |
